Delivery Information
- Orders received on weekdays will be dispatched within 24 hours if stock is available. We will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements if stock is not available and they they will/ can be shipped separately as soon as they become available.
Standard Delivery - This means that your goods will be processed as normal and shipped by Royal Mail 2nd Class or by another courier service for larger parcels. Ordered goods will usually arrive within 3-5 working days for most of the UK mainland.
UK DPD 1 Day Delivery (NOT WEEKENDS)
- If your order is made before 13.00, we will endevour to ship the available stock for the next working day. Where there has been a stock error we will let the cutomer know as soon as possible.
- If your order is made after 13.00pm we may be able to ship the same day but there is no guarantee and it will take 1 working days.
- Bank holidays will add an extra working day to the estimated delivery lead times.

How do I select the free delivery option?
You can choose your delivery options in your Giftware Wales shopping basket and apply the qualifying code.
Will I receive my order any sooner if I pay for delivery?
- Yes - we process orders where priority dispatch has been paid for first.
- If you pay for priority dispatch, we will despatch the items we have in stock straight away with the remainder going onto back order. These items are despatched when they have all come into stock or after a week, whichever is sooner.
- If you select the free delivery option, we will dispatch all your items together when they are all in stock. If we are still waiting for items after a week, we will dispatch the ones we do have
What if I want some items really quickly?
Pay for priority dispatch in the normal way - that way, we'll despatch what we can as soon as we can. If any items are out of stock you will be informed as soon as possible.
What happens if an item in my order is delayed?
- We will wait for 5 days, then send the items we do have in stock. The remaining items will go onto back order.
- Items on back order will be dispatched as soon as they arrive with no delivery charge
