NO RETURNS ON CLOSING DOWN SALE ITEMS
Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
1. Log in to your account:
1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Request return".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive
an email with shipping instructions.

Exceptions to Returns

Health & Safety: In accordance with health and safety laws, we cannot accept returns for underwear or swimwear items or Earings/ studs due to hygiene reasons.

Custom Handmade Gold Rings: We do not offer refunds on hand-made-to-order gold rings in compliance with distance selling laws. Please ensure your order details are accurate before completing your purchase.

Time Limit: No returns will be accepted beyond the 14-day return period.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- The item(s) must be returned in their original, as-new condition.
- All tags must be attached to the item(s).
- The item(s) must be in their original packaging.
- Items that have been used, washed, soiled, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.
- Engraved items can only be returned in case of an error made by us or the engravers.
International Returns
For international customers wishing to return items for exchange or refund, please note that you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Cancellation Within 24 Hours
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of being placed may be subject to a 2.5% charge to cover credit card fees.
Return Fees
No return fees will be paid on returns of unwanted items when no fault lays with Giftware Wales.
