UK Delivery options

Under normal circumstances every order received (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched within 48 hours assuming the stock is available. In the case of stock not being available we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements

Standard Delivery - This means that your goods will be processed as normal and shipped by Royal Mail 2nd Class or by another courier service for larger parcels. Ordered goods will usually arrive within 3-5 working days for most of the UK mainland. Baskets with a total value (before vouchers and promotional codes are applied) of £55 and over qualify for FREE UK STANDARD delivery. Baskets with a total value of below £50 will incur a minimum of £1.50 Standard delivery charge.

Priority 1st Class Delivery means that orders are treated as Priority Despatch and shipped by Royal Mail 1st Class or by another suitable courier service for larger parcels.

• UK customers should take delivery of items we have in stock within 1-3 working days.

• This should result in you taking delivery the next working day (after dispatch) however we can make no guarantees on the speed of the postal/courier service used which is why we recommend allowing 2-3 working days.

• 1st Class 24/48hr UK Dispatch costs between £3.99 and £5.99 per order regardless of weight, number of items or cost.

UK Next Day Delivery

• If your order is made before 14.30pm, it will be shipped for the next working day.
• If your order is made after 3pm it will take 1-2 working days.

If your delivery address is in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland, we'll use Parcelforce or Royal Mail if the items are heavy. Delivery times may be extended, depending on where exactly you live.

• All parcels shipped by UK Next Day will have to be signed for at the place of delivery.
• Bank holidays will add an extra working day to the estimated delivery lead times.
• The UK Next Day delivery option is not available on back orders.
• Cost will be provided upon ordering. Prices for light parcels start at £6.50

• Please call 01792687007 before 14.00 and ask for same day dispatch. You can choose which delivery service above you require when ordering.

Giftware Wales offers FREE DELIVERY to all of the UK on almost every product, as long as your total basket value is greater than £50 

How do I select the free delivery option?

You can choose your delivery options in your Giftware Wales shopping basket.

Will I automatically get free delivery on my order?

No - you need to select it from the checkout screen. Your total basket value (before promotional vouchers and codes have been applied) must also be greater than £50.

Will I receive my order any sooner if I pay for delivery?

• Yes - we process orders where priority despatch has been paid for first.
• If you pay for priority despatch, we will despatch the items we have in stock straight away with the remainder going onto back order. These items are despatched when they have all come into stock or after a week, whichever is sooner.
• If you select the free delivery option, we will despatch all your items together when they are all in stock. If we are still waiting for items after a week, we will despatch the ones we do have

What if I want some items really quickly?

Pay for priority despatch in the normal way - that way, we'll despatch what we can as soon as we can. If any items are out of stock you will be informed as soon as possible.

What happens if an item in my order is delayed?

• We will wait for 5 days, then send the items we do have in stock. The remaining items will go onto back order.
• Items on back order will be despatched as soon as they arrive with no delivery charge

Where will Giftware Wales deliver goods?

We deliver to over 70 countries worldwide.

International Courier Delivery

Giftware Wales offers courier delivery to international customers allowing orders to be fully traceable. The price of this service is dependent on the delivery country or region.

If your order qualifies for the courier service you will be shown this as a delivery option in the Basket and Checkout pages. Here you can select which delivery method you would like.

If you select to upgrade to the traceable courier service we will send you an email with details on how to track your order once your order has been placed.

 If our flat rate international rates look a little high to you, please contact us and we shall do everything we can to find the cheapest solution available. We will happily help our customers and don't actively seek to overcharge on International postage.
