- Calls are charged at standard national rates and should be included in any free minute packages with your land-line or mobile provider.
- Our delivery hotline is available to call from 08.30 to 18.00 - 7 days a week.
- Orders received before 13.45 from Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day (subject to stock levels) via a Royal Mail postal service chosen by the customer.
- Orders received via the telephone hotline on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the first working day.
- If you do not receive an answer from our Order hotline then please leave a message and a member of staff will make every effort to call you back as soon as possible.
