Ryan Jones 34years old - 75 Welsh Caps and 10 years at the Ospreys! A household name in Wales and one I am sure will continue to be so even in the wake of his retirement from the game. In my opinion, Ryan Jones has been a true professional from the start of his career to the end. Never found moaning in the press at any hard luck that was ever dished out to him, he seemed to knuckle down and come back stronger. A British Lion, a three time Grand-Slam winner a proud Welsh captain and now surely a legend of the Welsh game. Thanks Ryan for all your efforts and professionalism over the years. Hopefully you will have had some impact on the youngsters to follow in your footsteps. Now for the World cup!
